You’ve Been Posting on LinkedIn. It Hasn’t Worked.
Likes, sure. Replies that turn into clients, no. That’s not a content problem, it’s a system problem. Here’s exactly what changes in 30 days, and what you’re actually paying for.
What This Isn’t
A ghostwriter. Someone else’s voice under your name. The moment you stop paying, the posts stop.
A course. A video library you watch once and never open again.
An agency retainer. Hundreds a month, indefinitely, for work you never learn to do yourself.
This is 30 days, working next to you, daily, until you can run the system without me.
Who This Is For
Solopreneurs, coaches, consultants, founders building a personal brand, small business owners doing their own marketing. Anywhere, not location-specific.
You already do good work. You’re just inconsistent or invisible on LinkedIn, because you don’t have a system, not because you lack skill.
If you’re still figuring out what you actually do or who you serve, start there first. This sprint builds visibility and outreach on top of real expertise. It doesn’t create the expertise for you.
How This Actually Works
Every stage, you get a template or a checklist. You do the work.
I review it with you on a 1:1 call, every single day, for 30 days. I correct what’s off, unstick what’s stuck, and keep you moving to the next stage.
I’m not writing your posts for you. I’m not managing your profile behind your login. You’re doing the work. I’m making sure it’s the right work, done right, every day.
Day-by-Day Breakdown
Days 1-7: Find Your Direction
Day 1: Discovery Call We map out who you actually are professionally, what’s worked, and what you want out of these 30 days.
Day 2: Your Direction, Reflected Back I show you patterns in your own answers you can’t see yourself, so we agree on what’s real before anything gets built.
Day 3: Profile Audit Using a checklist, you audit your own profile first. Then I tell you what you got right, what you missed, and what’s actually broken.
Day 4: The Gap, Confirmed Based on that audit, you get a clear, ranked list of what’s getting rebuilt first. No guessing.
Day 5: Research the Field Next, you build a list of 30 profiles: people to learn from, your real competitors, and your actual prospects.
Day 6: Field Report From that list, I put together a reference document: what’s working in your space, where the gap is, and where you can stand out.
Day 7: Lock Your Direction Together, live on the call, we write your positioning statement and content direction. This is the highest-stakes day of the sprint.
Days 8-15: Rebuild and Go Visible
Day 8: Rebuild Core Sections Your banner, headline, and About section get rewritten from the direction we just locked.
Day 9: Publish Your New Profile After Experience and Skills are rewritten, we review the full profile together, and you hit publish.
Day 10: Outreach Foundation Now it’s time to reach out. You get connection request templates by prospect type, and start sending.
Day 11: Engagement Targets Alongside outreach, you get a tagged list of who to engage with daily, plus exactly what a comment worth writing looks like.
Day 12: Visibility Push, Day 1 From here, you comment daily and reply to everything same-day, while I check tone and targeting.
Day 13: Visibility Push, Day 2 Keep pushing, and I check whether the right people are actually responding.
Day 14: Visibility Push, Day 3 By now, three days of consistent visibility get compiled into one clear picture.
Day 15: First Numbers Checkpoint Together, we look at real data: connections, engagement, replies, what’s working and what isn’t.
Days 16-22: Package and Build Your Content Engine
Day 16: Define Your Offer Here, you write out exactly what you’re willing to sell, to who, and for how much.
Day 17: Finalize Your Offer Since I bring market research on comparable offers in your space, we lock your final price and structure together.
Day 18: Visual Assets, Briefed Built from templates rather than from scratch, we brief your one-pager, carousel, or offer graphic.
Day 19: Visual Assets, Delivered After final revisions, your files get delivered, ready to use.
Day 20: Content Research Meanwhile, I research topics from your content direction, and you write your own titles.
Day 21: Write Your Posts Then you draft posts in your own voice, and I flag anything off-tone before it goes live.
Day 22: Publish Your Content By the end of this day, posts are designed and scheduled. You leave with real, published content, not just a plan.
Days 23-30: Turn Visibility Into Conversations
Day 23: Outbound Templates Now the outreach starts. Email templates built on your locked offer are ready to personalize and send.
Day 24: Outreach Plan Before sending anything else, you get a prioritized list: warm contacts before cold ones.
Day 25: Outreach Push From there, real conversations start, and we track what’s landing so we can adjust as we go.
Day 26: Follow-Up System Since quiet conversations are common, you get a real cadence for following up, so nothing just goes cold.
Day 27: Apply the Follow-Up Using that system, you send your first round of follow-ups, and we see what happens.
Day 28: Full Review, Part 1 Together, we pull every number from Day 1 to today into a single tracker.
Day 29: Full Review, Part 2 Finally, the honest conversation happens: what worked, what didn’t, and what to keep running yourself after I’m gone.
Day 30: Handoff By the end, you leave with the full system: profile, positioning, content, outreach, and a tracker of what actually happened.
What Changes By Day 30
- A profile that says exactly what you do and who it’s for, not generic LinkedIn-speak
- A locked content direction, so you’re never staring at a blank post wondering what to write
- Your first batch of published posts, plus the system to keep producing more after I’m gone
- A list of real prospects you’re already talking to, not cold strangers you’re hoping notice you
- A follow-up system, so a warm conversation doesn’t go quiet and die
- 30 days of tracked numbers showing exactly what moved and what didn’t
If You’re Doing This, Here Are the Non-Negotiables
30-60 minutes a day, every day, for 30 days. Not “when you have time.” This only works with daily consistency.
Show up to the daily call. Skip days and the correction loop breaks down. That loop is the entire point of the sprint.
Reply to every comment and DM the same day, especially during the visibility push. Slow replies undo the work.
Publish what we build. A perfect profile or a perfect post that never goes live counts for nothing.
Answer the Day 1 questions honestly, including the uncomfortable ones. Vague answers on day one produce vague results on day thirty.
If you can’t commit to daily for the next 30 days, this isn’t the right time. Come back when you can.
